Document Description
Construct housing on 480-acre campus for 18 employees. This new housing will consist of 11 dwelling units in one apartment building (two stories), 2 dwelling units in a duplex and 5 dwellings units in five individual houses on the site. Eleven of the proposed dwelling units will replace existing employee housing that will be converted to other non-residental uses or demolished. Seven new units will provide housing for new employees in the future.
