Document Description
The proposed Campus Master Plan Revision provides for future development of the university to accommodate future enrollment growth to the existing Master Plan ceiling of 25,000 FTES; the Master Plan provides future allocation of space and capital outlay planning for new and renovated facilities necessary to accommodate this growth. Campus Village Housing Phase I will consist of 2,281 beds accommodating freshmen, seniors and apartments for faculty/staff. The project will include an activity center, retail space, housing offices and 700 parking spaces. The project consists of three buildings that range in height from seven to fifteen stories. The three structures are located on a four-acre project area. The buildings (housing and arking) include approximately 972,262 gross square feet.
