A Major Revision to the approved Conditional Use Permit P80-83 to allow the construction of a 28,494 square foot customer service building at the southern end of the Santee Lakes Regional Park. The project also proposes construction of a 13,600 square foot warehouse, relocation of the day use entrance of the park from Carlton Oaks Drive to Fanita Parkway, expansion of the operations yard and other related improvements to the existing operations and administration areas.
