PCGID proposes to divert water from November to March at a maximum rate of 290 cubic feet per second at its pumping plant located at Sidds Landing, Glenn County, California. PID proposes to divert water from November to March at a maximum rate of 483.25 cubic feet per second at its pumping plant at Sidds Landing. The primary objectives of the proposed diversion of winter water are to facilitate rice straw decomposition and provide waterfowl habitat within PCGID's and PID's existing service areas.
