Increase in total acreage from 63.1 acres to 114.75 acres, increase the maximum elevation from 1238 feet above Mean Sea Level (MSL) to 1255 MSL, extend the estimated closure date from 2004 to 2031, increase the design capacity from 4.5 million cubic yards to 10.1 million cubic yards, increase the maximum tonnage from 350 tons per day (tpd) to 829 tpd, and increase the permitted traffic volume from 59 trips per day to 106 trips per day.current data, it is projected that expansion of the CSL will provide the capacity to accommodate wastes generated in the City through the year 2031.
