Document Description
The State of California and the California Science Center are proposing to construct a new four-level, subterranean parking structure on state-owned property in Exposition Park. Exposition Park includes several major museum/educational institutions, recreational open space, surface parking lots, and sports facilities of regional significance such as the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and the Sports Arena. The proposed parking structure would be located on an existing surface parking lot west of Figueroa Street and immediately North of Coliseum Drive. The Parking Structure would be located below ground in what is now an asphalt parking lot.
