Document Description
The James Irrigation District (JID), proposes to construct a groundwater recharge basin located approximately 4.5 miles southeast of the town of San Joaquin. This project is intended to improve JID's groundwater recharge capability and lessen the groundwater overdraft within the district. This will provide storage that will provide regulation and greater efficiency in delivery of surface waters.
