The City of Yorba Linda Housing Element contains the following major components: 1) An analysis of the City's population, household and employment base, and the characteristics of the housing stock.; 2) A summary of the present and projected housing needs of the City's households (section 3); 3) A review of potential market, governmental, and environmental, and environmental constraints to meeting the City's identified housing needs (section 4); 4) An evaluation of resources available to address the community's housing goals (Section 5); 5) A statement of the Housing Plan to address the City's identified housing needs, including housing goals, policies and programs (Section 6).
