A 500 Megawatt combined cycle power generation project with two natural gas-fired combustion turbine generators/ heat recovery steam generators, and one steam turbine generator. Associated facilities: a 0.5-mile long natural gas supply line, a 9.8-mile long water supply pipeline, a 4.4-mile long wastewater pipeline, and a 9-mile long, 230 kilovolt double-circuit trans line to the PG&E Midway substation (Buttonwillow).
