Document Description
The proposed project would involve replacement of an existing 100 foot section of an underground corrugated metal pipe culvert with a larger concrete pipe or box. The bottom of an arch culvert upstream of this pipe would be answered and the concrete lining repaired. A short transition would be constructed at the upstream end of the arch culvert. The purpose of the proposed project is to reduce flooding in the Richmond Boulevard area.
