Document Description
The proposed project would involve replacement of an existing 100 foot section of an underground corrugated metal pipe culvert with a larger concrete pipe or box, lowering the bottom of an arch culvert upstream of this pipe while lining the walls of the culvert with approximately 5 1/2 inches of concrete, and constructing a short transition at the upstream end of the arch culvert. The purpose of the proposed project is to reduce flooding in the Richmond Boulevard area.
