Document Description
The proposal consists of adoption of a Revitalization Strategy for the project area and land use designation amendments to the existing Plaza Redevelopment Plan. The Strategy recommends several streetscape-related capital improvement projects and higher density residential, commercial and office in-fill developments, which together are intended to create a coherent and attractive district and maximize the value of the area's assets.
