Project Area No. 2 was originally adopted on April 13, 1999. The two project areas were merged in 2001. The purpose of the 2006 Amendment is to confirm that the eminent domain authority in the Dynamite Project Area which was included in the original Dynamite Redevelopment Plan still exists and the 2006 Amendment will extend this authority for a period of 12 years from adoption of the 2006 Amendment.
