Document Description
The operator proposes to widen Vinehill Road to provide a pedestrian walkway, approximately 100 feet southeast of John Muir Drive in Martinez, Contra Costa County impacting an unnamed tributary to Alhambra Creek. The existing double 24" culverts will be extended approximately 10 linear feet and a concrete headwall will be constructed. Approximately 6 linear feet of riprap will be placed from bank to bank immediately in front of the headwall. The existing 18" outfall pipe on the southeast bank will be removed from the bank and relocated to discharge into the culverts. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement number R3-2001-0518 pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Richard Pearson, City of Martinez.
