Document Description
Full-service 362 room hotel containing conference/meeting facilities, two restaurants, a swimming pool, and both surface and underground parking for hotel guests and employees. The hotel would be six stories tall (approximately 90 feet), and approximately 260,000 gross square feet in size. The project also proposes a zoning ordinance amendment to allow floor area ratio (FAR) deviations based on employee density. The ground floor would include conference areas, public spaces, hotel administration areas, backroom uses and wide circulation/lobby areas. The ground floor would be up to 20 feet in height. Floors two through six would include hotel rooms, with an outdoor pool proposed on the second level. The project would provide approximately 68 surface parking spaces and approximately 295 underground parking spaces. A shuttle service to the San Jose International Airport would be included as part of the project.
