Document Description
The proposed project is an update of the county's existing 1994 Regional Transportation Plan. The Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) is a State-mandated comprehensive long-range (20-year) regional planning document that is used to guide the development of the Regional and Federal Transportation Improvement Program as well as other transportation planning and programming efforts.
