Document Description
The City of Chico is reconstructing East Avenue between Ceanothus Avenue to Cactus Avenue. The work will include widening the current 2-lane, 24 -foot wide roadway to an 84-foot, right-of-way in order to accommodate 2 lanes of travel in each direction and a center 2-way left turn lane, bike lane, curb, gutter and sidewalk. The pavement section will be reconstructed through the corridor.
