Document Description
The proposed project involves construction of a new Correctional Treatment Center (CTC) within the secure perimeter walls of San Quentin State Prison. The CTC would be 31,239 square feet in size with an elevation of 16 feet. Five existing structures would be demolished to provide space for the proposed CTC. The facility will provide 24-hour skilled nursing care, licensed patient health services and outpatient services for prison inmates.
