Document Description
Application 30505 was filed on 1/19/1996. This application is on a same small Unnamed Stream tributary (on the west side) to an Unnamed Stream (locally called Stanley Creek), thence Napa River. Application 30505 was filed on a proposed 15-acre-foot on-stream reservoir (called "Reservoir 1"). In order to satisfy protestants who divert water from Stanley Creek under water rights senior to this application, Mr. Truchard agreed to install a measuring weir on Stanley Creek in order to be certain that a minimum flow of 3 cubic feet per second is available for senior water right holders downstream before he diverts water into his reservior.
