Document Description
The primary objective of the Project is to provide for a variety of redevelopment activities designed to eliminate documented blight conditions. Agency redevelopment activities will include, but my not be limited to, the following: provision of affordable housing, construction, reconstruction and improvements of structures, public walks and buildings, infrastruture improvements, such as drainage, circulation improvements, water distribution system and wastewater collection system improvements; and redevelopment assistance programs such as low-interest loans. The possible actions are not proposed projects at this time, but are possible activities that may be undertaken in conjunction with the Plan.
