Document Description
The Redevelopment Plan for the Las Tunas Redevelopment Project Area is proposed to consist of four subareas including the following: Retail Center Plan: 22 acres Dining and Entertainment Plan: 52 acres Town Center Retail Plan: 25 acres Civic Center Uses Plan: 35 acres The project consists of the text, the legal description of the project area map, the redevelopment land use map and the proposed public improvements. The plans were prepared by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Temple City pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.), the California Constitution, and all applicable local laws and ordinances. The proposed redevelopment of the area within boundaries of the project, as describs in each of the four Plans conforms to the General Plan for the City Temple on April 27, 1987. The four Redevelopment Plans are based upon the Preliminary Plan formulated and adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City on December 12, 2000.
