Document Description
Dominguez Plaza LLC, is proposing to renovate and remodel an existing vacant 100 room hotel, located in downtown Colton at 225 East Valley Boulevard. The applicant will decrease the number of rooms to 82 suites to serve as a Hampton Inn. The project includes a General Plan Amendment to the circulation element to reduce the width of "H" Street between 9th and 10th Streets, and modify 10th Street between Valley Boulevard and "G" Street; also a street vacation to vacate the southern half of "H" Street between 9th and 10th Streets.
