Document Description
A proposal by the City of Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation Department to adopt and implement the Douglas Family Preserve Management Plan. The Plan includes habitat restoration, removal of invasive non-native plants, minor improvements to some trails and eradication of others, several alternatives for possible off-leash dig use, and possible construction of a caretaker's residence and restroom.
