Document Description
The existing Residence Dining Center is a 31,083 gsf, two-level structure, including a basement and an outside, sunken terrace. This project will add approximately 2,800 sq. ft. to dining room by enclosing and incorporating the outside terrace. This expansion will meet existing and projected dining area deficiencies when additional student housing opens this academic year at The Village at Centennial Square. The filled-in terrace will extend and align the building footprint to meet that of the existing structure with a similar design and construction and will meet ADA requirements.
