Document Description
Valero Refining Company-California has proposed to construct an additional railroad spur and railcar weigh station connected to the coker silo railroad loading area. The location of the new railroad spur requires construction of a retaining wall in a drainage channel (stream) adjacent to the existing railroad spur and filling part of the stream to create a new top of bank for the railroad tracks. The project site is located near the northwestern part of Valero's main refinery site.
