Document Description
The Tahoe Forest Hospital Western Addition Expansion project is located at the existing Tahoe Forest Hospital facility at 10121 Pine Avenue. The existing main hospital facility is located on a 7.4 arce L-shaped parcel with Levone Avenue to the east, Spring Lane to the south, Donner Pass Road to the north and Pine Avenue to the west. The portion of Pine Avenue from Tahoe Drive to Spring Lane was abandoned in 1994. The remaining portion of Pine Avenue will lead directly to the proposed new Hospital entrance. The Western Addition expansion and parking improvements will be constructed over the portion of Pine Avenue that has been previously abandoned.
