Document Description
This protion of K Street (adjacent Mills Elementary School) is 20,808 square feet. The School District would permanently close this portion of K Street to through traffic to maintain pedestrian safety and replace the road with a playground that extends Mills Elementary School to the Liberty playfield. The road's asphalt pavement would be broken up and the area would be filled in to match the elevation of Liberty playfield.
