The Eaglewood Plan Area encompasses 475 acres. Eaglewood is proposed as a Master Plan Community, which includes five mixed residential categories for a total of 470 homes and 15 units on-site for employee housing, an 18-hole championship golf course, recreation center, park and village commercial. The perimeter of the property and areas adjacent to portions of the golf course will be preserved as natural open space.
