Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA# 5-229-00) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Richard Bottomley of Bottomley & Fleet LLC. The applicant proposes to fill 0.43 acres of stream to construct pads for Lots 4, 5, 9, 10 and 11, and for the construction of a 72 foot wide street shown as Street "A" on submitted documents, and to widen Jamacha Boulevard and Sweetwater Springs Boulevard. On and offsite drainage structures will be extended into the stream. The Operator shall not fill more than 0.43 acres of stream, and impact more than 0.15 acres of fresh water march/willow scrub habitat while reconfiguring and restoring riparian drainage, for a project total of 0.58 acres of stream impacts.
