At Site One, the project will replace a 24-inch metal culvert with an arch culvert, seven feet wide, three feet high, and 50 to 60 feet long. At site two, the bank slope will be restructured and rock slope protection boulders will be placed at the upstream edge of the restructured points to dissipate the water's force and to protect banks. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0461 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Mike Hall, Animal Science Department.
