Document Description
Variance to San Diego County agricultural waste oil collection program for the period October and November 2000. The variance is limited to a one-time collection of up to 550 gallons of waste oil from each qualified San Diego County agricultural business. The collections provide appropriate means of disposing of hazardous waste. The variance is based on the evidence that: 1. Only qualified generators participating in the agricultural oil collection program will be serviced under this variance; 2. The used oil is taken to an authorized facility; and 3. The oil is transported by registered hazardous waste hauler under hazardous waste manifest.
