The site also contains and Environmental Management Open Space (EM-OS) designation on portions of the property that is within Struve and Watsonville sloughs.
Document Description
The proposed project consists of development of 351 residential units with a mix of small lot single family development and multi-family housing types. The application is a Planned Unit Development and Tentative Map to accommodate 275 small lot single family units, 76 townhomes, on 43 acres of the site including roads and drainage facilities. The map also includes a 2.66 acre active recreation park on the site adjacent to the Stone Creek apartments. The sites primary access is an extention of Ohlone Parkway from West Beach Street to Harkins Slough Road.
