This project consists of the issuance of a Timberland Conversion Permit for exemption from Forest Practice tree stocking requirements on 3.9 acres of timberland, following the removal of forest growth for development of a vineyard on site III and IV timberland zoned as Agriculture Watershed. The total ownership is 19.5 acres. Grape stock will be planted on a total of 10.5 acres. Only the 3.9 acres defined as timberland require a conversion permit.
