The applicant proposes to install a 24-inch drainage culvert at the mouth of the ravine through which the tributary flows, and continue the culvert approximately 350 feet downstream, following the natural drainage contours. Following the drainage the applicant proposes to fill the drainage with approximately 5, 800 cubic yards of material to a depth of 16 feet.
