Widen La Sierra Avenue from current two and three lanes to four lanes in both directions from Cleveland Avenue on the north to El Sobrante Road on the south. Widen El Sobrante Road from La Sierra Avenue easterly 1,200 feet from two lanes to three lanes. Install culvert extensions along La Sierra Avenue to accommodate wider roadway.
