Document Description
Comprehensive General Plan Update to 1992 General Plan. La Quinta's growth rate in the last 5 years has caused rapid development pressure. The new General Plan will address future growth both within City limits and in an expanded planning area, located both north and east of the City limits. The EIR will also consider a potential annexation of 5,419.91 acres, and a sphere of influence amendment of 8,205.04 acres.
