The purpose of the Project is to create a park and open space that includes an outdoor grass field, outdoor exercise equipment, children's playground, social gathering areas, pond, and pedestrian trails. The 30-acre Project consists of deepening and widening wetland habitat to create a recreational pond, crease a pedestrian bridge, and improve the existing drainage ditch for stormwater conveyance.
