Expansion of the Tribe's existing 75,000-square foot casino to include additional gaming space, poker room, buffet restaurant, steak house, gift shop, nightclub, and back of house support areas. Construction of a 9-story, 171-room hotel with a multi-use events center, conference space, spa facilities, and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Construction of a seven-level, 1,710-space, parking garage to serve both the expanded casino and the new hotel. Improvements to the Redding Rancheria Road/Canyon Road/SR-273 intersection.
