Document Description
Development of a 147-lot, single-family residential subdivision consisting of at least three phases. Phase I will consist of 33 lots generally 55 feet by 110 feet. Phase II will consist of 57 lots with a minimum size of 6,500 SF. Phase III will consist of 57 lots generally 80 feet by 120 feet and 100 feet by 200 feet. There will be three open space lots. Lots A and B will include the pond, marsh, seasonal swale and adjacent open ground. Lot C will be an open space lot along the Atwood Road frontage. Storm water detention basins will be located within open space Lots A and B. Rezone the property from RM-DL-10 (PD-10) and RS-A-B-40 (PD-1) to RM-DL-8 and RS-A-B-20 (DL-4).
