Document Description
The proposed project will be located on approximately 3 acres of the Tuolumne Rancheria, just outside of the community of Tuolumne California. The proposed project consists of two phases of development, which is comprised of a temporary 20,000 sq. ft. metal structure which will serve as Phase One of the entertainment complex, and a permanent facility, Phase Two, of 128,500 sq. ft. The permanent facility with gaming, an entertainment lounge, a central bar, fine dining restaurant, coffee shop, bakery and various offices. The second floor will hold a 24-lane bowling alley, a supervised child entertainment area, a video arcade, fast food restaurant and remaining offices and support areas. Infrastructure for the facility will include an extension of existing water and wastewater facilities to treat and provide water from the local special districts.
