Document Description
Propoed project consists on an approximately 3,200 foot long, 8 foot wide (Class 1) bicycle path within a 21-foot easement on the north side of Nicolaus Road. The path will be paved and the remainder of the easement landscaped. The landscaping will not be irrigated at this time. One drainage structure may be required to control runoff after construction. Project approval fron the City entails submittal of construction improvement plans for the City Engineer's approval.
