The proposed project involves development of 1,497 single family residential units, park site, and school site on approximately 483 acres located east of 70th Street West, south of Avenue K and north of Avenue L. The site is currently vacant and previously utilized for agricultural production. Included in the project is a 100 foot wide "desert wash" drainage area, extending north to south through the site. The development will include a fire station site at a location to be determined.
