A proposal to construct two commercial complexes (Proposed Project) on two separate legal lots within the Malibu Civic Center Area.
The Civic Center Way Office Park proposal is comprised of a new office complex located at 3705 Cross Creek Road consisting of a cluster of four approximately 7,735 square foot two-story structures totaling 30,938 square feet (.2 FAR) of commercial office space on a currently vacant 3.55-acre lot.
The Civic Center Way Retail Park will provide 86 on-site parking spaces. In addition, fifty-four percent (54%) of the lot is proposed to be left as open space (excluding driveways and parking areas).
