Document Description
The project proposes placement of new and the replacement of aging deficient within existing roadway right-of-ways (ROWs) along the western portion of the City. These improvements would primarily occur within Del Obispo Street from the Aguacate Road, south to Blue Fin Drive which includes various minor lateral pipeline extensions to adjacent residential areas. However, three alternative pipeline alignments are proposed at Peppertee Bend which would extend westerly through open space into the City of Laguna Niguel in an effort to complete a connection with an existing Moulton-Niguel Water Disrtict (MNWD) facilities.
