The District proposes to undertake the acquisition of approximately 40 acres of real property for the construction and operation of the proposed Sitting Bull Elementary School and Middle School. The Project contemplates approximately 58 teaching stations including kindergarten and special education facilities; a gymnasium, kitchen / cafeteria, administration / library facilities, shower, locker areas, physical education fields, hardscape play areas, music and science labs, swimming pool, playground areas for kindergarten children, parking areas, bus loading, other ancillary facilities and outdoor lighting.
