Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA #5-2002-0181) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Gregory M. Jue, University of California, Irvine. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed and bank by the development of the University of California, Irvine (UCI) East Campus student apartments and support facilities adjacent to Campus Drive and Culver Drive. The approximately 73-acre site will accommodate an estimated 3,000 student residents and is within an area designated in UCI's Long Range Development Plan. for undergraduate and graduate student housing.
