Document Description
This project consists of construction of a 1,990+- ground square foot CDF standard two engine apparatus building and a 110+- ground square foot flammables storage building. The project will include drainage, demolition of existing apparatus and fuel / oil buildings, utilities, sewer, water, concrete work, paving, landscaping and all necesary appurtenances. The proposed apparatus building will consist of three apparatus bays, station office, storage rooms, and a public restroom. The flammables storage building is a single room storage building for items necessary for vehicle operation and maintenance.
