Document Description
The project consist of a bar skimming gravel operation that has been taking place in this section of the Creek since approximately 1947. The extraction of gravel is accomplished by "skimming" or grading the gravel from bars above the low water channel. No excavations in the channel are deeper than the surface of the water in the live flowing stream. The project incorporates measures specified in the SAA (Fish and Game Code 1600 et seq.) that reduce all potentially significant impacts to less-than-significant levels.
