Document Description
Construction of a new police station building (single story) of approximately 20,300 square feet on a 5.1 acre site. The project will also include 60 parking spaces for police vehicles and 10 parking spaces for the public. The project includes access to both Highway 1 (northbound only) and to Reina del Mar Avenue via an access driveway through the Laguna Salada Union School District property. The project includes all utility improvements and an emergency generator.
