Document Description
Shell/AERA proposes to remove a valve box and two bundles of natural gas flowlines that extend from the former Hercules Gas Plant site to the mean high tide line below the Arroyo Hondo Canyon creek mouth. Some flowline sections, which are located on relatively flat land, will be abandoned in place.
